Every Patriot is ask­ing this ques­tion. Here is a begin­ning answer.

The desire for free­dom must burn in your heart to the point of mak­ing the choices. “That is our heritage…one peo­ple under God, ded­i­cated to the free­dom that He has placed in the human heart, called upon now to pass that dream on to a wait­ing and hope­ful world.” Those words spo­ken by Ronald Reagan dur­ing his sec­ond Inaugural Address remind us of why we must never stop choos­ing freedom.

Here are some of the steps you need for the Freedom Restoration Path.

  1. Pray for wis­dom to make the right choices.
    We need divine help to see through the hype and ver­bal spar­ring as we attempt to find can­di­dates of character.
  2. Choose to be informed.
    You need to know the truth of what is hap­pen­ing, who is mak­ing the deci­sions and the log­i­cal consequences.
  3. Register to vote with a Party. Vote in the Primary.
    We need the par­ties to rec­og­nize the need to back con­sti­tu­tional can­di­dates. Go to the party meetings.

  4. Pick six can­di­dates to research.
    We need to use our under­stand­ing of the issues to dis­tin­guish pos­si­ble can­di­dates and then deter­mine if they are viable can­di­dates. Do not just back the front-runner, but only help those who make good sense.
  5. Support three can­di­dates.
    You need to send the can­di­dates a small check and see what they send you. If you decide they are your can­di­dates, send reg­u­lar checks and ask them what else they would like you to do for them. Local, state and out-of-state con­sti­tu­tional can­di­dates of char­ac­ter need Real support.

  6. Use the tools to get more peo­ple involved.

Ask peo­ple to go and then take them to the gath­er­ings where the issues can be clar­i­fied. Join and point peo­ple to the best con­ser­v­a­tive groups and their web sites.
  7. Purpose to stay involved.
    This will not be over after a November elec­tion. You are impor­tant to the process even if your can­di­date did not win. If they did win you must make sure they carry the ban­ner for the constitution.
